Front Desk Receptionist Job Description We are looking for a friendly, polished, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to help keep our busy salon running smoothly. The ideal candidate is meticulous with scheduling, able to multitask, and comfortable managing a fast-paced front desk. You will greet clients, answer phones, book appointments accurately, offer refreshments, and provide a warm, hospitable experience from the moment each client arrives. You will also help maintain the flow of the salon by knowing when clients have arrived, communicating with stylists, helping them stay on schedule, and assisting clients throughout their visit. Responsibilities Answering phones professionally and promptly Booking, confirming, and adjusting appointments accurately Greeting clients and making them feel welcome Offering beverages and providing excellent hospitality Keeping stylists informed when their clients arrive Helping the salon stay organized and run on time Managing multiple tasks calmly and efficiently Maintaining a neat, polished, and organized front desk Supporting the salon team wherever needed What Does the Ideal Candidate Look Like?
